Mactech's Heat Treatment Equipment - Five Basic Models

The post weld heat treating QZ models are all designed as post weld stress relieving consoles that will provide 500 - 1500 AMPS of power at 80 volts DC. Each varies in output and the number of AMP resistance heating zones it has, so you can pick and choose which works best for your job. All models come 100% Duty Cycle rated and with built-in rectifiers that will allocate the load evenly to avoid overheating.

The Stresstech Zap Gun is designed to connect thermocouple wire to the pipe. It produces 5 - 50 watts/second, which allows for rapid attachment of the wire. It is lightweight, easy to use and can be recharged on-site.

The Stresstech TZ-600 model is a twin zone temperature controller, which gives the operator the ability to heat cycles at different times. It has the option of operating manually, semi-automatically and automatically. This model weighs in at only 29 lbs., making it easily portable to the job site.
